




We are seeking an **Administrative Fleet Supervisor** to manage the fleet’s documentation, operations, and contractual matters, as well as those of affiliated drivers, ensuring legal compliance, process organization, insurance control, and support for transportation operations. **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience in fleet management or administrative roles within the transportation sector. * Knowledge of vehicle documentation, insurance, and routines related to DETRAN/ANTT. * Familiarity with transport insurance (vehicle insurance, RCTR-C, RC, claims, and circulation authorizations). * Understanding of MEI processes and documentation required for formalizing service providers. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Completed high school education (**preferably Technical Course in Logistics**) or currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Proficiency in administrative routines and controls using spreadsheets/systems (Excel, ERP, tracking platforms). **Key Responsibilities** 1.
