Job Summary: Professional responsible for OM management, mechanical support, parts requisition entry, and schedule planning at an equipment company. Key Highlights: 1. Currently experiencing strong national expansion, with over 1,200 employees, 7 branches, and an office in China, serving the market for 46 years. Your daily responsibilities will include: * OM Management: Monitoring opening and closing, activity description, ensuring data accuracy and time tracking; * Support to mechanics; * Parts Requisition Entry: Recording all requirements needed to execute activities in OMs; stock research via Sapiens system; * Mechanic’s schedule planning (performed jointly with the Team Leader); * Equipment Management (tires, batteries, forks, masts, hourmeter); * Tire order entry into the system; * Maintenance cost tracking aligned with the unit’s target. What We’re Looking For: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Basic English is a plus.
