Support the manager by sharing information across the team (e.g., morning greetings, standards, daily meetings...), ensuring the team remains up to date. Support the manager in hiring and offboarding processes by compiling and forwarding documentation to the responsible department, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. Support the manager in monitoring and correcting electronic time records, as well as in planning overtime compensation and team work schedules. Identify and suggest continuous improvements to operational processes to ensure smooth activity execution. Support and guide the team regarding correct customer registration, ensuring data quality. Ensure all sales return/refund processes are fully completed to avoid losses for both customers and the company.
