Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to perform implementations, maintenance, and team coordination, supporting the sales department in technological projects. Key Highlights: 1. Implement and maintain IT infrastructures 2. Coordinate activities and provide technical support to the sales department 3. Administer networks, infrastructure, and servers We are an IT consulting company requiring a professional to assist us with implementing new infrastructures and maintaining our clients' technological environments. Responsibilities: This professional will be responsible for installing new environments per project requirements, monitoring environment performance to ensure optimal operation of various IT resources, coordinating human resource-related activities, supporting the sales department in developing new projects by clarifying technical questions and defining applicable technologies. Essential Knowledge: * Knowledge and experience in implementation and administration of networks and infrastructure. Required Experience: * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Server (2019 and 2022\), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS; * Basic knowledge of Linux server installation and configuration (iptables, file server, proxy); * Installation and configuration of firewalls, preferably WatchGuard, Sophos, and Fortinet; * Installation and maintenance of Hyper\-V and VMware virtual servers (experience with troubleshooting existing environments required); * Knowledge of NAS/SAS storage installation and maintenance; * Backup and replication tools for physical and virtual environments (Windows Backup and Veeam Backup); * Administration of the Microsoft 365 portal; * Experience as Coordinator, Manager, or Team Leader in IT Preferred Qualification: * Prior experience at a technology consulting company Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B Willingness to Travel
