We seek a professional to serve as Workshop Controller, supporting the company’s business results while delivering high-quality service and outstanding customer service. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assign services according to technicians’ specialties; * Conduct road tests before and after service completion; * Ensure service quality for customers; * Monitor service quality indicators; * Understand technicians’ technical competencies; * Act as liaison between technical consultants and workshop supervisor regarding workshop activities; * Comply with and enforce established processes; * Monitor and organize the evolution of the workshop’s service assignment board; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Driver’s license "B" or "D"; * Basic Mechanics knowledge. #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
