**Responsibilities and Duties**
Ensure the safe, efficient, and technically compliant execution of Transmission Line and Substation projects, guaranteeing quality, timelines, costs, and adherence to environmental, regulatory, and safety standards. Serve as the site’s highest authority, coordinating contractors, inspection teams, and interfaces with various AXIA Energia departments.
**Field Management**
* Lead Transmission Line (TL) and Substation (SS) construction activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
* Coordinate internal teams, inspection staff, and contractors, ensuring daily activity alignment.
* Conduct daily planning meetings (D\-1/D\+1\) using Lean/Last Planner System practices.
* Monitor daily physical progress, ensuring proper documentation and reporting (RDO, daily log, evidence).
**Safety, Environment, and Quality (SSMA / SMSQ)**
* Ensure full compliance with SSMA standards and corporate procedures.
* Lead by example: conduct safety dialogues, inspections, and immediate corrective actions for deviations.
* Guarantee traceability, quality records, testing reports, Checklists, and Stage Release Approvals.
**Technical and Operational Interface**
* Validate and enforce delivery of technical documents from contractors (designs, as-built drawings, test reports, commissioning documentation).
**Contract Management**
* Monitor measurements, executed scope, claims, deviations, and potential contract amendments.
**Risk Management and Communication**
* Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and implement action plans.
* Maintain constant alignment with the Project Manager, reporting milestones, impediments, and strategic needs.
* Participate in regulatory audits and inspections (ANEEL, ONS, environmental agencies).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Active CREA registration.
**Additional Requirements**
* Willingness to travel and remain long-term at construction sites.
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
**Desirable Requirements**
* Postgraduate degree in Transmission Engineering or related fields.
Lean/Lean Construction or Last Planner System certification.
**Experience and Technical Competencies**
* Experience with Greenfield projects in sensitive regions (traditional, indigenous, and quilombola communities).
* Experience working with major EPC contractors in the power sector.
* Experience with final commissioning, energization, and coordination with ONS.
* Familiarity with asset management tools and corporate systems (SAGE, SAP, GIS, BDIT).

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent fronts.
