Discover the life waiting for you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS Job Description * Manage linen for guest rooms and Food & Beverage areas, as well as guest clothing, including collection and delivery to external laundry services, and verifying incoming and outgoing quantities. + Monitor the condition of staff uniforms and linen. + Track linen inflow and outflow, reporting laundry-related issues to the immediate supervisor. + Assist with inventory execution alongside the supervisor and laundry team, when required. + Update the system by recording relevant laundry services provided to guests. + Perform minor repairs, refurbishment, and sewing of staff uniforms. + Sort and manage guest clothing, recording necessary identification details for service tracking, and deliver cleaned garments to guest rooms. + Deliver cleaned guest clothing to guest rooms. + Restock floor service pantries as needed. + Carry out other related duties as required by the department.
