Job Summary:
A Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement process by conducting price quotations, negotiations, and order tracking to ensure adequate supply.

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for supporting the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required by the company. Working under supervision, they conduct quotations, negotiations, and order tracking to ensure the organization’s proper supply.
* Assist in the price quotation process with suppliers;
* Contact suppliers to request proposals and track orders;
* Issue purchase orders in the ERP system;
* Monitor order status (delivery deadlines, invoicing, and logistics);
* Update and maintain supplier and product records;
* Organize procurement-related documents and files (quotations, purchase orders, contracts, invoices);
* Support negotiation of delivery terms and commercial conditions under supervision;
* Assist in inventory control and material replenishment, where applicable;
* Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts;
* Support internal audits, ensuring document organization and traceability;
* Provide support to construction sites or internal departments, ensuring prompt response.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently in progress is desirable);
* Prior experience in administrative or procurement routines;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
* Good communication and organizational skills.
**Preferred Requirements**
* Experience in procurement within the civil construction sector;
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sienge);
* Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics;
* Familiarity with construction materials (cement, steel, finishes, etc.).
