Responsibilities: * Monitor and ensure project schedules, deadlines, risks, and indicators * Support governance leads in planning and controlling activities * Support impact analyses, scope changes, and lessons learned * Support system integration projects, facilitating communication among technical teams, business units, customers, and partners * Support the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements * Assist in managing internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers * Support project meetings, including action item documentation and follow-up * Maintain up-to-date project documentation (meeting minutes, plans, status reports)
