Act as the primary point of contact with clients, proposing improvements Position: Operational Supervisor**About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to manage teams and operations related to physical security, front desk services, access control, and reception. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of ensuring service excellence, adherence to operational procedures, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Supervise teams of doormen, access controllers, receptionists, and, where applicable, security guards. * Conduct training sessions, guide teams, and monitor performance, productivity, and professional conduct. * Deliver feedback, record disciplinary incidents, and monitor attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance. * Prepare work schedules, manage time-off requests (e.g., vacations, absences), and arrange coverage for staff shortages. * Conduct periodic site visits, inspect service quality, and ensure compliance with operational procedures. * Review operational records, inspect uniforms and equipment, and ensure contract execution according to established standards. * Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, participating in meetings, addressing requests, and proposing improvements. * Prepare supervision and incident reports, maintain employee documentation, and track operational KPIs. * Coordinate emergency substitutions and coverage to prevent unstaffed positions. * Record daily team movements (absences, tardiness, vacations, leaves of absence, medical exams, refresher trainings, and other changes) in Excel spreadsheets, immediately notifying the Operations Desk. * Conduct internal audits, identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness. * Coordinate responses to incidents such as intrusions, thefts, fires, and accidents; contact relevant authorities when necessary and prepare detailed reports. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is a plus. * Proven experience in operational supervision, physical security, facilities management, or related fields. * Experience in team leadership and management. * Knowledge of legislation governing private security. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with HK/SAR2G system is a plus. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. **Competencies** ---------------- * Leadership. * Communication and professional demeanor. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Conflict resolution ability. * Teamwork. * Focus on quality, results, and customer service. **Work Schedule** ----------------------- * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Working hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits** -------------- * Meal Allowance: BRL 34.00 per day. * Food Allowance: BRL 205.00. * Transportation Allowance. * NotreDame Health Plan. * Life Insurance. * Profit Sharing Program (PLR). * Pharmacy Allowance. * TotalPass. * SESC benefits. * University partnership programs. * Auster Support Program (emotional support, personal and professional development). **Join Our Team!** ------------------------------------ If you have experience in operational management, team leadership, and are seeking growth opportunities within a company committed to service excellence, submit your resume and become part of our team!
