At **Casa Fasano**, a benchmark for high-end events and excellence in hospitality, we are seeking a professional to serve as **Maître**, responsible for overseeing service execution, team organization, and delivering an exceptional experience at social and corporate events. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise the dining room team during events * Conduct pre-event briefings with the team, aligning on menu, service flow, and client expectations * Organize and set up event spaces according to each event’s format * Ensure outstanding customer service, adhering to the Fasano standard * Manage service dynamically during events, adapting\-to the specific demands of each occasion * Monitor event progress, ensuring seamless service flow (entrance, courses, and conclusion) * Support real-time resolution of operational issues * Maintain constant alignment with the kitchen team, considering the particularities of each menu * Guarantee impeccable organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining room * Ensure compliance with high-level service and hospitality standards **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as Maître or dining room team leader, preferably in high-end events or hospitality * Hands-on experience with dynamic, non-standardized operations (events) * Completed high school education (higher education in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields is desirable) * Experience leading teams * Full availability for variable working hours (schedule varies according to event calendar) **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Partnerships: TotalPass, Zenklub, Educational Institutions, and Language Schools.
