Focus on organization, productivity, and safety **Job Description:** Responsible for supervising and monitoring the supermarket's logistics operations, ensuring proper receipt, verification, storage, organization, and distribution of goods. Coordinate the warehouse team, monitor loading and unloading processes, control product inflow and outflow, and ensure adherence to internal procedures. Perform inventory tracking and control, conduct stocktaking and merchandise movement, identify discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions. Guide and monitor the team regarding organization, productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Work in accordance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. * **Education:** Completed high school education. * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience managing teams and logistics processes in supermarkets or retail. * **Residence:** Preferably in the North region of the island (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho). **Additional Information:** * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (Monday to Saturday). * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract. * **Location:** Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (at accredited restaurants). * Transportation allowance. * Thirteenth salary. * Overtime pay (when applicable). * Attendance bonus (basic food basket after 3 months of employment). * Purchase discount (after 3 months of employment). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday – 8-hour shift.
