Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage the company's logistics operations, including Distribution Center (DC), e-commerce, and fleet management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, achievement of operational KPIs, and team development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Distribution Center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of goods. * Supervise logistics processes related to e-commerce, ensuring agility, accuracy, and delivery quality. * Manage and monitor the vehicle fleet, tracking routes, deadlines, and operational efficiency. * Monitor and ensure achievement of logistics KPIs. * Utilize and monitor processes via the WMS system. * Lead, train, and develop operational leaders and teams. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations in logistics processes to increase productivity and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in computer applications. * Experience with logistics systems (WMS). * Experience in people management and team leadership.
