Focus on continuous improvement and logistics innovation. **Logistics Operations Supervisor** Ensure maintenance of logistics processes and identify improvement alternatives for operations, meeting internal and external customer quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics operations within the business unit, including receiving, storage, dispatch, * picking and inventory, prioritizing, guiding, and assigning tasks, as well as resolving operational issues; * Ensure maintenance of current processes, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions to meet internal and external customer quality and deadline requirements; * Identify new operational improvement alternatives, developing and analyzing performance indicators; * Support leadership in operational improvement initiatives (feedback sessions, alignment meetings, training, evaluations, and other people development tools); **Requirements and Competencies:** * Knowledge of logistics operational routines and E\-commerce; * Experience in People Management, Results Management, and KPIs; * Knowledge of logistics market trends; * Availability to work in shifts; * Knowledge of data analysis and logistics tools; We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
