Implementation of continuous improvements and achievement of targets **Opportunity to work at a Japanese multinational logistics industry company.** **Responsibilities:** Will lead and supervise departmental operations, ensuring adherence to processes, safety standards, quality, and productivity. Will be responsible for team management, performance indicator and inventory monitoring, employee training, operational activity control, and implementation of continuous improvements, aiming to achieve departmental goals and results. **Working Hours:** * 1st shift: Monday to Saturday, from 06:00 to 14:20; * 2nd shift: Monday to Saturday, from 14:21 to 22:36; * 3rd shift: Sunday to Friday, from 22:37 to 06:02. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver's license category B; * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations and team management; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Forklift operator certification; * Residence in Salto/SP or Indaiatuba/SP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of WMS systems; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPS. **Benefits:** * On-site meal; * Meal allowance; * Commuter shuttle service; * Health insurance; * Pharmacy benefit; * On-site breakfast; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Life insurance; * Wellz Health and Wellness Program.
