**Job Mission** Manage the strategic and tactical logistics operations of the DC, ensuring achievement of results, process standardization, leadership development, and compliance with performance, safety, quality, and cost indicators. **Key Responsibilities** \- Manage logistics operations in an integrated manner, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency; \- Lead and develop supervisors, acting as a driver for people development and succession planning; \- Analyze operational indicators (SLA, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, costs) and define action plans; \- Ensure adherence to processes, internal policies, and company guidelines; \- Act as the focal point for DC operations in collaboration with corporate and regional departments. – Ifood; \- Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. **Technical Requirements** \- Proven experience in medium-to-large-scale logistics operations; \- Prior experience managing team leaders; \- Experience with KPIs, management routines, and continuous improvement initiatives; \- Knowledge of logistics management systems.
