Description

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for bread inventory control, verification of requisitions, label issuance, generation of shipping documents (romaneios), and communication with various teams. Key Highlights: 1. Bread inventory control and organization 2. Communication and support for logistics, commercial, and production teams 3. Monitoring product expiration dates **Responsibilities** * Count produced breads. * Record leftovers in the spreadsheet. * Verify requisitions and dispatch breads (Go Bread/Speciale) to shipping. * Issue and affix labels containing identification, manufacturing date, expiration date, and temperature information. * Generate shipping documents (romaneios) for additional orders. * Maintain a clean and organized bread inventory. * Communicate requirements (e.g., additions, leftovers) to logistics, commercial, and production teams. * Monitor product expiration dates and inform the supervisor. * Support order finalization/shipping as needed. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Willingness to perform tasks involving goods handling; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Basic food basket assistance * Partnership with SESC and Unifametro * Odontart dental plan (optional enrollment) * Gympass and StarBem **Salary and Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * **Salary:** R$ 1\.635,00 Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.655,00 per month Work location: On-site
