Engages in team development to ensure strong employee performance and efficient production processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Lead production activities** during your shift, ensuring proper equipment operation, correct task distribution, and achievement of established targets. * **Train, guide, and develop the team**, promoting continuous learning and reinforcing best practices in production, hygiene, and food safety. * **Size the team** according to operational demand, ensuring balanced task allocation and efficient use of available resources. * **Ensure implementation of quality control programs** and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining packaging, storage, and product preservation standards. * **Monitor individual and collective employee performance**, providing feedback and guidance to sustain pace, quality, and productivity. * **Monitor and analyze daily production and quality reports**, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure continuous process improvement. * **Maintain workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness**, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment. * **Identify and report equipment failures or maintenance needs**, ensuring prompt resolution and uninterrupted production. * **Prepare production, incident, and performance reports**, consolidating information to support management and decision-making. * **Comply with and enforce internal regulations**, safety policies, and company operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education. Experience in production lines. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
