OPEN POSITION – E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR We are seeking an analytical, strategically minded E-Commerce Supervisor with solid marketplace experience to lead our digital operations. Responsibilities: \* Supervise daily marketplace operations \* Manage listings, product catalogs, pricing, and promotional campaigns \* Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion, reputation, and margin) \* Develop strategies for online sales growth \* Lead the operational team and track goals \* Ensure account excellence on platforms such as Mercado Livre and Shopee \* Collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing teams \* Analyze competition, market trends, and opportunities Requirements: \* Proven experience in e-commerce and marketplaces \* Advanced knowledge of Mercado Livre and Shopee \* Experience managing teams and tracking KPIs \* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile \* Knowledge of commercial strategies and marketplace operations Preferred Qualifications: \* Familiarity with UpSeller tool Working Hours: Monday to Friday – business hours Location: São Paulo - SP Neighborhood: Sapopemba Compensation: Market-competitive salary + benefits Interested candidates should send their resumes to: felipe@kmove.com.br Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
