We are looking for someone who goes beyond basic operational tasks, with a strategic support profile for the Kitchen Leader, strong station organization skills, and meticulous attention to detail in dish execution and plating. Key responsibilities: * Direct support to the Chef and Kitchen Leadership * Organization and execution of mise en place * Preparation and finishing of dishes * Refined plating and attention to presentation * Handling of proteins, hamburgers, fish, and other house preparations * Organization, cleaning, and alignment of kitchen operations * Ingredient inventory control and support for kitchen workflow during service ✨ We seek someone who: * Has prior experience in operational kitchens * Demonstrates good teamwork dynamics and speed in execution * Understands plating standards and dish presentation * Can work effectively in teams and under pressure * Is committed, organized, and eager to grow * The Core Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
