If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** We currently have an opportunity for a **Brokerage Product Development Supervisor.** If you possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical ability, relationship-building and influencing skills, and passion for delivering excellence in international logistics and foreign trade environments, this could be your next opportunity! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Sales and Operations teams on customs clearance accounts, focusing on revenue retention and churn reduction * Serve as a customs brokerage expert in negotiations, contracts, pricing, and solution development * Participate in client meetings and business reviews, contributing strategic insights and fostering long-term relationships * Ensure KPI management and operational standards, guaranteeing service quality and customer satisfaction * Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and propose solutions jointly with partner departments * Share best practices and support the evolution of customs brokerage processes * Ensure service-level alignment with clients and support organic portfolio growth **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields (or internationally equivalent qualification) * Experience in international logistics and/or transportation * Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is considered a plus) **Competencies:** * We seek a professional with strategic vision and customer focus, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and influencing skills, and a results-driven, continuous-improvement orientation. **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
