Officially certified Salesforce and Mulesoft partner. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Support the development of new features in Java applications; * Assist in bug fixing and production system maintenance; * Participate in the development and evolution of REST APIs; * Support the evolution of microservices and integrations between internal systems and external partners; * Use AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to support development, testing, documentation, and code review—always applying critical thinking and validating proposed solutions; * Write clear prompts and provide appropriate context to achieve optimal results with AI tools; * Write and execute automated tests with support from analysts; * Participate in code reviews and continuously learn from team feedback; * Support incident investigations, log analysis, and production issue resolution; * Collaborate closely with analysts, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other developers; * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product improvement; * Contribute to advancing AI adoption within the team by sharing learnings, best practices, and new ways to increase productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To join our team, the following are essential:** ------------------------------------------------ * Expected graduation date starting from December 2028; * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented programming; * Basic knowledge of Java; * Familiarity with Spring Boot; * Familiarity with REST API development; * Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL); * Basic knowledge of Git; * Interest in software development using microservice architecture; * Familiarity with automated testing; * Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team. **Nice-to-have** ==================== ### **Development** * Personal, academic, or open-source Java projects; * Knowledge of Spring Boot; * Knowledge of Docker; * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; * Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS); * Knowledge of Redis; * Knowledge of Python and/or Go; * Familiarity with CI/CD; * Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, etc.). ### **AI Applied to Development** * Ability to provide appropriate context to AI assistants to obtain more consistent responses; * Experience using agents or automated workflows to support development tasks; * Interest in exploring new tools and ways to apply AI in software engineering; * Curiosity to experiment with new practices and share learnings with the team. **Additional Information** **So, are you interested?
