Officially certified Salesforce and MuleSoft partner. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily?** --------------------------------- * Develop new features in Java applications; * Fix bugs and support production systems; * Design and evolve REST APIs; * Participate in the evolution of microservices; * Develop integrations between internal systems and external partners; * Use AI assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate development, code reviews, and testing—always applying critical analysis of proposed solutions and crafting clear prompts to achieve optimal results. * Validate, test, and review all code before delivery; * Write automated tests; * Collaborate closely with analysts, Product Owners (POs), Technical Leads, and fellow developers; * Support incident investigations, log analysis, and production issue resolution; * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product improvement; * Contribute to advancing AI adoption within the team by sharing best practices, prompts, workflows, and learnings that collectively enhance productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To join our team, the following are essential:** ------------------------------------------------ **Technical Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience developing Java projects; * Experience developing or participating in projects using the MVC (Model\-View\-Controller) architectural pattern and integrating with APIs; * Experience developing or participating in Java projects leveraging Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.); * Object-Oriented Programming knowledge; * Proficiency in Java 8\+ and Spring Bootsssssss; * Familiarity with Java Collections; * Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA; * Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB); * Understanding of SOLID principles and at least one Design Pattern; * Experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN; * Understanding of microservices-based architecture concepts; * Familiarity with Unit Testing; * Knowledge of application containerization; * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and communicate clearly. **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of Python and/or GoLang; * Experience working on production projects; * Experience working with remote or distributed teams; * Familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous architectures; * Familiarity with observability tools; * Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD); * Familiarity with application containerization. **AI Applied to Development** * Context engineering: ability to provide appropriate context to AI assistants (e.g., relevant files, project rules, conventions in CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md) to obtain consistent results; * Awareness of AI security best practices; * Experience using agents or automated workflows to support development tasks; * Interest in tracking the evolution of AI tools applied to software engineering. **Additional Information** **So, are you interested?
