Job Summary: CANDY is seeking a Pattern Layout and Cutting Operator to plan and execute pattern marking and fabric cutting, optimize material usage, and ensure pattern quality. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of pattern marking and fabric cutting 2. Optimization of material usage in the production process 3. Verification of pattern design and fabric testing CANDY IS HIRING: PATTERN LAYOUT AND CUTTING OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create marker layouts for fabric cutting. * Plan the sequence of marking and cutting to maximize material utilization and minimize waste. * Perform nesting and print markers in the Audaces system. * Verify pattern components against pilot pieces. * Estimate material requirements during pilot production and calculate final consumption across all sizes. * Generate cutting orders in the system. * Conduct tests to identify the correct side of the fabric. * Adjust the capsule and inform the commercial department of the cut quantity. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in the Audaces system; * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Agility and commitment; * Knowledge of fabrics and cutting processes; * PCP knowledge is desirable.
