If you possess technical skills and enjoy solving problems, this is your chance to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery; * Diagnose issues and repair mechanical and electrical failures across various equipment; * Ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition to maximize store performance; * Clean equipment; * Test functionality and guide customers on proper machine usage; * Assemble, organize, and manage spare parts inventory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Maintenance Mechanic; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability; * Availability to work standard business hours, including Saturdays; * Familiarity with 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines is a plus; * Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems; * Completed high school education; * Certifications in the field are advantageous (e.g., SENAI, Centro Paula Souza, etc.). **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Monthly bonus.
