Groups are small, up to 12 students. \-We have our own platform where children post their projects, vote, communicate, and create their own apps and games. Your role is to motivate, guide, and assist if something doesn’t go as planned. \-Provide feedback to parents regarding their children’s successes and challenges. Not daily, but 4\-5 times during a course. **And exactly what you won’t have to do:** \-Write methodological guides and lesson plans, since everything will be ready. You’ll read it before the lesson and implement it. \-Reserve time to review homework. \-Waste time on paperwork—no reports or unnecessary bureaucracy. \-Review "simple" tasks, as self-checking is provided. \-There are also tasks to write code and create final projects at the end of the course. Here, you’ll encounter pure creativity—helping children discover their ideas, overcome difficulties, and build a product they’ll proudly present. **What skills are required?** \-Proficiency in video editors \-Proficiency in creating scene transitions \-Proficiency in frame composition \-Proficiency in dividing videos into sections \-Proficiency in working with audio \-Proficiency in using chroma key (green screen) \-Passion for teaching. This may not be a skill, but it’s a critically important requirement. \-Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words and provide clear examples. \-Experience working with children aged 10 to 11 — mandatory requirement. \-If you excel at something else \- wonderful!
