If you enjoy making a difference and believe in the power of movement, **join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide students during workouts, ensuring safety and correct exercise execution * Adapt workouts according to individual goals and limitations * Maintain an organized and welcoming atmosphere in the strength training room * Build connections with students, encouraging continuous progress * Collaborate with the team to sustain a positive climate and uphold Silva Gym's quality standards **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Physical Education**, with an **active CREF license** * Experience providing instruction in strength training rooms * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a motivational mindset * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork orientation * Alignment with the fitness universe and our well-being culture **Additional Information** * Hourly wage – R$20.80 * Career development plan * Access to the entire Silva ecosystem * Opportunity to use all facilities at the location * Transportation allowance / Fuel allowance * Daily working hours: 6–8 hours * Shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays on a rotating schedule We are Silva Gym, Brazil’s premier premium gym!
