Abler is a company specializing in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Provide courteous and friendly in-person, telephone, and app-based customer service. Present and sell gym membership plans, clarify doubts, and highlight benefits. Register and update clients in the system. Welcome new members and introduce them to instructors, assisting with integration. Manage receipts (cash, card, PIX) and complete the daily cash book. Organize the reception area and monitor the flow of members and visitors entering and exiting. Support administrative routines and maintain the gym's positive image.
