As a Logistics Planning Analyst at Conquer, you will be the central hub of our operational machinery. Your mission will be to plan, organize, and monitor the entire travel journey of our facilitators and the distribution of materials across Brazil. We seek someone who goes beyond issuing tickets and reservations: we want a professional focused on process efficiency, capable of viewing operations holistically and proposing continuous workflow improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Junior Logistics Planning Analyst** **Your typical workday will include:** * **Travel Planning and Execution:** Manage the full booking process for air and ground transportation and accommodations for our team of facilitators and teachers. * **Materials Management and Logistics:** Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of instructional and operational materials to training locations, ensuring delivery deadlines and package integrity. * **Route Intelligence and Allocation:** Continuously analyze our primary service destinations and support cross-referencing data from our professional database to suggest schedule and travel route optimizations. * **Partnerships and Suppliers:** Engage in prospecting, credentialing, and relationship management with local partners to establish collaborations. * **Cross-Departmental Synergy:** Serve as the connecting point between the teacher allocation team and Teacher Experience, ensuring information flow achieves optimal efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * **Relevant Experience:** Prior experience in corporate logistics, corporate travel management, or logistical organization of events. * **Organizational and Analytical Vision:** Excellent logical reasoning and proficiency in organizing large volumes of data and routes using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). * **Assertive Communication and Influence:** Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively with various internal departments and external partners to align agreements and processes. * **Problem-Solving Profile:** Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks in request workflows and suggesting practical daily operational improvements.
