Job Summary: AME is seeking a professional to work in Special Education, promoting inclusion and learning in the school environment for students with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and high abilities. If you work in **Special Education** and wish to promote inclusion and learning in the school environment, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support students with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and high abilities/giftedness in school activities; * Encourage student autonomy and participation; * Accompany students across various pedagogical contexts, including practical classes; * Assist in adapting and preparing pedagogical materials, respecting individual needs and potentialities; * Record daily support activities via the Weekly Monitoring Report; * Collaborate in alignment with teachers and the pedagogical team, without overlapping responsibilities; * Contribute to the Specialized Educational Support Plan (PAEE), when requested; * Identify and report situations requiring institutional referral, following AME protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with specialization in Special Education **or** * Full undergraduate degree in Special Education **or** * Full undergraduate degree plus a Lato Sensu postgraduate program in Special Education or Specialized Educational Support (AEE) (minimum 360 hours) * Prior experience in pedagogical support will be considered a plus **Additional Information** * **Contract Type:** Individual Contract (PJ) * **Hourly Rate:** R$ 28.57 (60-minute hour) * **Work Location:** Sumaré/SP **Join AME and transform lives with us!** The **Association of Metro Employees’ Friends of People with Disabilities – AME** is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 by employees of São Paulo Metro.
