Job Summary: An IT technical support professional responsible for maintaining equipment, networks, and data, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies for Grupo CEV. Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and maintenance of the building's DVRs and cameras, ensuring recordings are ready for any potential incident; * Provide low-to-medium complexity technical support to end users; * Maintain Grupo CEV's technological equipment; * Assist in corporate data protection by performing backups and installing antivirus software as requested by departments; * Monitor internet bandwidth traffic for the unit; * Assist management and coordination in planning the use of new technological tools that may improve Grupo CEV's operations; * Receive and qualify service requests according to team availability; * Assist teachers and unit staff in using the company's technological equipment; * Support updates and improvements to systems used by Grupo CEV, whenever necessary; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * 1 year of experience in the responsibilities of this position; * Knowledge of Information Technology; * Knowledge of networks and servers; * Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Commitment; * Proactivity; * Courtesy; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** WORK HOURS: 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 AM TO 12 PM, SATURDAY Grupo CEV is, first and foremost, a group composed of people who believe in education and whose core values are respect for others, results orientation, excellence, and innovation.
