In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION Inclusion Support Assistant **Responsibilities and Duties:** Support the inclusion process of students with specific educational needs, contributing to their development and participation in school activities; Assist students in pedagogical activities according to guidance from teaching and pedagogical staff; Collaborate in organizing the school routine, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment; Accompany students in various institutional spaces when necessary; Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams, respecting each student’s individuality and potential. Must possess skills for working with non-verbal students and those with severe cognitive impairment, capable of providing comprehensive support in pedagogical activities as well as in daily basic care—including hygiene, feeding, and bathroom assistance—respecting student dignity and promoting their maximum possible autonomy. Promote professional and human development, aligning academic activities with labor market demands and guided by ethical principles, **Education:** Completed High School **Desirable:** Ongoing undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields; **Desirable:** Prior experience in school inclusion or student support; Courses in inclusive education will be considered an advantage; Proactivity, empathy, organization, and responsibility; Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
