If this profile matches you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting the operational and documentary management of the concessionaire's vehicle fleet. Manages, organizes, and updates records, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and operational regulations related to vehicles used in highway operation and maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and update the fleet registry (light, heavy vehicles, and equipment); * Monitor and manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Assist in scheduling inspections, vehicle inspections, licensing, and registration; * Track fuel supply, fuel consumption, and mileage; * Support contract management with automotive service providers (maintenance, insurance, leasing, etc.); * Enter and verify invoices and service orders in the internal system; * Monitor expiration dates of mandatory documents (IPVA, DPVAT, CRLV, insurance, tachographs, etc.); * Prepare managerial reports on fleet performance and costs; * Provide field team support regarding operational demands related to vehicles; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company operational safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Higher education in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields is desirable (in progress or completed). Way-153, spanning Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The Concessionaire of Highway MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 (MS/MT border) to km 218.1 (junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia, MS), plus 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern region of Mato Grosso do Sul. **Way-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. manages the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned BR-158 section extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section spans from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The Concessionaire of Highway BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession segment beginning at km 360+100 (junction with BR-381 in Betim) and ending at km 799 (junction with BR-050 in Uberaba), totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais state, in the Triângulo Mineiro region, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais states. The concessioned stretch begins at BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – The Concessionaire of Highway BR-364 MT S.A., a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed for 30 years responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. This federal concession covers Mato Grosso and Goiás states, including Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with 245,000 inhabitants and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
