




Job Summary: Operate, control, and maintain weaving machines to ensure the production of tubes and fabrics, performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operating and maintaining weaving machines 2. Controlling and adjusting production equipment 3. Correcting defects in machines and yarns \- Operate equipment, weaving machines, and supporting component assemblies for seamless tube and fabric production; \- Start up and control machine operation; \- Load and tie reserve yarns onto supports; \- Thread yarns through bobbins and feeders; \- Verify correct yarn threading and positioning; \- Fill the oil pump reservoir of the machines; \- Correct defects caused by yarn, needles, or sinkers, replacing or repositioning them appropriately; \- Sort and store yarns in cages and specific equipment feeding devices for climate control; \- Inspect yarns, splicing them when broken, and examine finished products after they exit the machine; \- Complete maintenance reporting forms, indicating issues encountered for mechanics. \- Keep operated machines clean at all times—internally, externally, and on top. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and on alternate Saturdays.
