Experience with Questor and accounting office routines **SENIOR HR PAYROLL ANALYST\-** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Neighborhood: Praia de Belas Knowledge of complex payroll calculations: overtime, allowances, on-call duty, night shift, reduced working hours, etc. Knowledge of unions and collective bargaining agreements/accords; Registration of new hires and issuance of documents; Vacation calculation and issuance of documents; Termination calculation and issuance of documents; Initiation of procedures at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF). Data entry in Questor for payroll calculation and document issuance; Calculation of payroll-related charges/taxes and issuance of payment slips; Verification of payroll, termination, vacation, and salary adjustment calculations. Verification and closing of eSocial; Verification and closing of DCTFWeb; Verification and closing of RAIS and DIRF; Issuance of union, assistance, and confederative contributions. External activities, e.g., RFB, CEF/FGTS, INSS; All tasks of low and high complexity, e.g., domestic workers, teachers, up to large enterprises. Generation of bank files via Questor system for salary, termination, and vacation payments. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Desired Competencies for the Role a) Knowledge: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences or a technical course in the field. Experience with accounting office routines is a plus.
