Contribute to the personal and professional growth of employees **Do you believe education can transform Brazil?** The **Alicerce Educação** project is looking for individuals passionate about learning and teaching to serve as **Guides** in the Escola Nota 10 initiative in Araçatuba. The Alicerce educator for youth and adults—referred to as a Guide—supports the development of reading, writing, mathematics, and job-oriented skills for students who, for various reasons, were unable to complete their formal education. **Your Responsibilities:** \- Deliver Portuguese and Mathematics classes (covering Basic Education I and II curriculum) and professional qualification topics. \- Contribute to the personal and professional growth of MRV Construction employees. \- Be part of an innovative social project. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Completed undergraduate degree (Licenciatura) in Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Teaching experience; \- Availability to deliver pedagogical pathway subjects—including Portuguese, Mathematics (Basic Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary themes outlined in the BNCC—adapting to the project's target audience; \- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Personal computer or laptop with internet access. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the Position:** Location: Rua Ernesto Foizer, 200, Chacara Versalhes, Araçatuba, SP Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 AM to 9:45 AM Contract Type: Service Provider – Legal Entity (PJ) Compensation: BRL 37.20 per hour worked \+ 1.5 hours weekly for pedagogical rituals (total of 6 hours per week).
