The professional will be responsible for delighting our customers, presenting our products and services, and actively contributing to achieving the store's sales targets, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. * Work Unit: Pharmapele Cuiabá, Centro * Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM \| Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM \| * Employment Type: CLT (fixed salary, commission, and benefits) #### **Main responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and consultatively, identifying their needs and preferences * Present store products and services, highlighting their benefits and differentiators * Negotiate and close sales, consistently striving to exceed established targets * Restock products on shelves and display cases * Operate the cash register when required, recording sales and processing payments * Provide post\-sale support, assisting with exchanges, returns, and other customer requests * Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in sales, preferably in consultative customer service. * Results-oriented mindset and proactivity. * Ability to work with targets. * Residency in Cuiabá, MT, or easy access to the region.
