As a **Sales Assistant**, your challenges will be: * Serve our customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp, demonstrating that hassle-free service is our differentiator! * Active prospecting: seek opportunities, make calls, follow up on quotes, and look for new stories to build together with us. * Closely track orders, keep customers informed, and ensure that experience which makes them return again and again. * Support those already on the front line (our salespeople!) by assisting with quotes and everything that accelerates sales. * Update our system and keep everything organized—here, chaos has no place! * Learn: our routine involves internal research and constant training on products and sales techniques. * Collaborate in post-sales activities, gathering feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction. * Teamwork: zero individual spotlight—everyone wears the jersey and makes things happen together! **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements** **We are looking for someone who has:** * Hunger for results, drive, responsibility, and willingness to learn! * Strong communication skills and a natural commercial flair (no beating around the bush—but with charisma!). * Experience working in dynamic environments and learning new things daily. * Knowledge of digital customer service (WhatsApp, internal systems) and follow-up control. * Preferred: familiarity with spreadsheets and prior experience in customer service or sales. **Must have:** * Completed High School. * Previous experience in sales or customer service counts significantly. * Desire to grow within the commercial area. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Performance-based rewards * Technical and product training (you’ll learn everything you need to become an expert in this segment!) * A growth-oriented environment, with real opportunities for development and advancement into new positions. * A supportive team, fast delivery, and a culture that values initiative and efficiency.
