With this focus, we advance within our cultural pillars: **Innovation, Sharing, Governance, and Trust!** **Transforming people's health in Brazil through science is our purpose.** **If this aspiration also resonates with you, join the AFIP team!** **\#JoinAFIP** Responsibilities and duties: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create patient/client records and register them in the system, ensuring data verification and updates; * Process payments via various methods, issue receipts, and manage cash control; * Provide proactive and responsive telephone support, delivering information, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries; * Deliver humanized, agile, and efficient in-person service; * Interface with health insurance providers, including authorization requests, coverage verification, and resolution of pending issues; * Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow and operational support. Requirements and qualifications: **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service (experience in healthcare is desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
