Participate in root cause investigations and action plans. **Description** **The opportunity:** Contribute to improving operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across the entire production chain by participating in maintaining the Quality Management System and its certifications, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and profitability within a safe work environment aligned with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. **How you will make an impact:** * Support operations on technical matters related to the Quality Management System. * Recommend processes, methods, and work routines that ensure higher and more efficient productivity while minimizing costs; conduct business process assessments and provide support to company departments. * Support departments involved in improving manufacturing/production processes as well as administrative processes in the business area. * Perform process mapping for low-complexity business areas to establish standardized processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Assist in implementing quality methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.). * Assist business departments in developing and reviewing, disseminating, and training on standards, procedures, and work instructions. * Support maintenance of operational processes in compliance with quality standards, policies, and guidelines. * Participate in root cause investigations and development of action plans to address Non-Conformities identified during production process inspections, interacting with responsible departments to implement solutions. * Support activities related to quality certifications. * Support planning and monitoring internal audits of the Quality Management System and process audits, analyzing non-conformities and supporting business departments in applying quality tools for root cause analysis and implementation of improvement and corrective actions. * Support planning and monitoring external certification and/or customer audits, acting as a facilitator to meet auditors’ needs and assist audited departments in demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements. * Support business departments in analyses aimed at identifying low-complexity operational excellence and continuous improvement projects. Participate in root cause analyses, development of action plans to resolve problems, and improve processes. * Prepare and deliver training related to quality procedures to develop the organization’s capability for continuous improvement. * Monitor customer complaint handling, interacting with relevant departments to ensure appropriate resolution. * Support business departments in customer satisfaction surveys and proper use of specific tools for conducting such surveys, as well as in organizational processes for handling customer feedback. * Support business departments in managing measurement equipment (metrology system), verifying equipment calibration due dates, facilitating timely equipment calibration, delivering user training on proper handling of measurement equipment, and preparing reports on calibration status when required. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Knowledge of certifications or audits, continuous improvement processes, reading and interpreting technical and mechanical drawings, metrology. * Problem Solving – 8D / 4Q or other methodology. * Knowledge of: SAP – QM module.
