Plan creative lessons and foster a welcoming learning environment The Alicerce Institute is launching operations in Caçu (GO) and seeks In-Person Educational Leaders to implement innovative educational guidance and learning recovery projects aimed at transforming students' academic journeys. As an In-Person Leader, you will be a key player in adolescents’ developmental journey, helping them discover their potential, broaden their horizons, and dream bigger. Your Responsibilities: \- Deliver Reading, Mathematics, and Discovery classes using a transversal approach focused on employability; \- Lead the Life Project, encouraging self-awareness and the establishment of personal and professional goals, as well as employability; \- Plan creative lessons aligned with the Aliquest Methodology, fostering a welcoming and transformative learning environment. Benefits \- Flexible schedule: shifts scheduled three days per week; \- Remuneration of approximately R$ 3\.180,00 (full leadership role, managing 3 classes) \- Personal and professional development: grow while transforming lives. Requirements \> Currently enrolled in or having completed a higher education degree in any field; \> Availability to work three days per week; \> Minimum age of 18 years; \> Genuine desire to positively impact education.
