Maintain tools and workplace Apply ready-to-use paint on equipment according to work instructions, adhering to standards and manufacturing specifications, securing them on workbenches and/or templates, marking application points, carrying out the operation, and performing finishing and identification. **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities:** * Prepare paint according to instructions; * Prepare surfaces of components (crossarms, terminals, pedestals) in accordance with required standards; * Apply paint onto equipment surfaces per manufacturing specifications, standards, and work instructions; * Finish welds by removing burrs and surface irregularities; * Complete control and traceability records; * Forward components to the drying and finishing area; * Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment used in painting operations, and keep the workplace clean. **Required Qualifications:** * Reside in Itajubá/MG or nearby regions; * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 days on, 1 day off); * Prior knowledge of painting processes. *We foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
