Focus on quality, safety, hygiene, and health **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT * Monitor production line processes and equipment to support management and industrial production activities in accordance with technical standards and procedures for quality, safety, hygiene, and health. * Operate factory machines and equipment. * Record production output according to line and product specifications. * Assess production line needs and priorities to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor achievement of established targets and encourage the sharing of ideas and suggestions within the area. * Perform periodic cleaning of machines and equipment during operation and during product changeovers, ensuring materials comply with the respective production line requirements. * Periodically monitor product quality according to line specifications and certify the quality of produced goods. * Carry out job-related tasks in full compliance with the organization's occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department.
