Job Summary: The COI Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and adjusting systems and equipment to ensure productivity, quality, and safety of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Perform adjustments and assist in equipment maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Operate computer systems that monitor the operation of machines, equipment, and field instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety. * Execute process control within their assigned department. * Assist in controlling the production process by dosing chemical inputs, operating equipment, pumps, and other process units. * Adjust equipment to match the production process, supporting maintenance activities on machines and equipment. * Operate industrial control systems via computers. * Operate equipment such as pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, Redler conveyors, and other equipment constituting the department. * Assist in analyzing and preparing occurrence logs, equipment downtime reports, production records, and quality reports to identify deviations from production standards and implement corrective actions. * Interpret production orders, change programs, and adjust machine and process parameters. * Communicate information to team members—both those working the same shift and others—verbally and in writing. * Ensure completion of all stipulated production tasks. * Cover for Senior COI Operators when necessary. * Identify root causes of equipment malfunction and arrange prompt repairs. * Assess the condition of machines, equipment, components, and tools used in the production process, reporting issues to maintain planned productivity. * Contribute ideas for new operational methodologies and procedures to enhance production effectiveness and improvement. * Measure chemical dosages and collect samples when required. * Read process parameters and record data in established checklists, reports, and forms. * Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters, including performing physicochemical analyses. * Clean and maintain parts, tools, and equipment used, ensuring correct usage. * Perform equipment repairs during scheduled shutdowns designated for this purpose. * Assist in corrective maintenance of industrial machines, motors, and equipment, supporting mechanics in general assembly and disassembly tasks. * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas. * Carry out tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from immediate supervisor. * Perform job duties in strict compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department. Responsible for immediately informing the immediate supervisor of any activity posing a risk to their own or colleagues’ health and safety. * Perform duties aligned with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness. * Safeguard company property under their responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD DESIRED * Additional Information \- Salary R$ 3005,51 \+30% * Affirmative Action Position \- Available for PwD (Persons with Disabilities).
