Prerequisites are: High school diploma or undergraduate studies in progress; Experience leading operational teams; Experience managing processes, deadlines, and productivity; Knowledge of monitoring KPIs and targets; Experience in customer service and conflict resolution; Strong communication skills and leadership ability; Organized, agile, and proactive profile; Ability to work under pressure and focus on results; Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus; Valid Brazilian driver's license category B.
