CLT employment regime (with a 90-day probationary period) **Responsibilities** \* Operate sheet metal working equipment, such as shears, laser cutting machines, bending brakes, punch presses, and hydraulic presses; \* Perform cutting, bending, punching, and forming of metal sheets according to engineering drawings; \* Carry out basic machine and tool adjustments during the production process; \* Conduct dimensional measurements and inspections of produced parts; \* Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards; \* Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Requirements** \* Completed high school education; \* Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and metrology; \* Experience or operational knowledge of at least one of the following equipment: shear, bending brake, laser cutting machine, punch press, or hydraulic press; \* Residency in Araucária/PR or nearby region. **Desired Skills** \* Organization and attention to detail; \* Teamwork and good communication skills; \* Commitment to quality and safety; \* Proactivity and responsibility; \* Ability to learn quickly and adapt. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 7:35 AM to 5:20 PM. **Salary and Benefits** \* Salary: R$ 2\.896,39; \* Transportation allowance; \* On-site meals. **After Confirmation:** \* Health insurance; \* Dental insurance; \* Life insurance.
