Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and challenge-driven Internal B2B Sales Representative for prospecting, portfolio management, and negotiation of commercial proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Post-sales support and logistics follow-up **JOB: INTERNAL B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **Salary + Commission** **This position is exclusively for Ribeirão Preto-SP.** If you are communicative, driven by challenges, and possess a B2B sales profile, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Active prospecting of new B2B clients; * Management and maintenance of active and inactive client portfolios; * Preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals; * Registration and tracking of opportunities in the CRM; * Post-sales support and delivery follow-up with logistics; * Participation in industry fairs and events. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable; * Clear diction, strong negotiation skills, and results orientation; * Knowledge of products such as mattresses and accessories is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems; * Consultative mindset, focused on understanding and meeting client needs; * Proactivity and resilience in meeting goals and overcoming challenges. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Location:** * Rua Peru, 1901 - Vila Mariana
