Here, you will be responsible for converting interest into enrollment, relationships into conversion, and opportunities into results. **Your responsibilities:** * Perform **enrollments and re-enrollments**, as well as selling additional network products (e.g., vacation courses and NCE); * Work with **clear commercial targets**, focusing on performance and consistent delivery; * Use and master the network’s **sales tools and CRM**; * Manage the **EDU schedule** efficiently and promptly; * Conduct calls via **3CX**, ensuring excellence, productivity, and a high conversion rate; * Actively participate in **events, parent meetings, and unit commercial activities**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Prior experience in **sales or commercial roles**; * Aptitude for **negotiation, persuasive argumentation, and closing deals**; * A **dynamic, communicative, and results-oriented profile**; * Experience in **customer relationship management**; * Availability to work in a **school environment**, interacting with children and families; * Experience in sales and negotiation is a **plus**.
