Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for managing employee data, issuing contractual documents, maintaining organized files, supporting payroll processing, and controlling benefits.

**Main Responsibilities:**
Register and update employee information in the system.
Issue employment-related documents, such as hiring, termination, and contractual amendments.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files, including registration forms and employment histories.
Support payroll preparation and verification.
Control benefits, such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.
Record and monitor payments of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, Income Tax).
Manage electronic or manual time tracking.
Clarify questions related to payroll, vacations, benefits, and other labor matters.
**Technical Requirements:**
Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation, payroll and benefits entries, e-Social and social charges, familiarity with operating systems/ERP systems.
