Support to internal departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the hotel's financial routines, ensuring organization, control, and reliability of financial department information, including entries, reconciliations, and financial documents, thereby contributing to meeting deadlines, supporting internal departments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations of the company. Responsibilities: Routine execution within the finance department. Entry and settlement in the system. Bank reconciliation. Verification and organization of fiscal and financial documents. Support in preparing monthly financial reports. Management of contracts, due dates, and recurring payments. Liaison with suppliers, banks, and internal departments. Support during internal audits and financial controls. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related fields).
